Returns and Exchanges

We accept Returns within 14 days of delivery.

We sell quality products at reasonable prices and strive to give our customers 100% satisfaction.

-- All returns are for STORE CREDIT only (no expiration). Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please purchase delivery confirmation for proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for lost items.

-- All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. Please include original receipt in your shipment.

-- Returns will be processed in the form of STORE CREDIT applied to customer account or EXCHANGE within 5 business days after we have received your item.

-- Items CANNOT be worn, washed, damaged, or altered. Items must be odorless (no smoke/ body odor/ perfume) and stain free with original tags attached.

-- Tights/ stockings/ under garments/ bathing suits/ jewelry/ sunglasses will NOT be accepted as a return. All sales of these items are FINAL.

-- Items must arrive with all additional packaging (shoe boxes, or shoe bags). No tape or writing on additional packaging.

-- All items are inspected according to the condition in which they were shipped. We reserve the right to refuse returns or make partial returns of an item based on its condition. Items that do not match the above criteria will be sent back to you at your expense.
